Tappin Ltd adhere to the terms of Distance Selling Regulations. Although, cancellation rights are not applicable to any made to measure items, unless items are faulty or incorrectly made.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We Offer 100% Quality Satisfaction Guarantee on our bespoke items. Please notify us within seven days by phone 01708 687 335 or email, see above. All goods must be returned to Tappin Ltd (trading name Bespoke Nature) in their original packaging.


We go to huge lengths to protect your shelves and although damages are a very rare occurrence, some damages can be caused while in transit.

In the unlikely event your shelf is delivered damaged, please do not worry, you are covered. We will replace it.

We will require an emailed photo of the damage to proceed with the replacement.

Please sign for them as unchecked on arrival and inform us within 3 working days after receiving the goods. We will have the damaged item collected and have a replacement made for you.
